Mission Statement

Payroll and Business Services is a dedicated team of professionals committed to processing and paying our employees on-time and accurately while providing our employees with excellence in customer service and supporting the district efforts to achieve its mission. 

Vision Statement

Payroll and Business Services will always support the district as it works to achieve its mission.  We will provide leadership in respect to our professionalism and knowledge of payroll and business service practices making sure that the district stays in compliance with federal and state laws and union contracts.  We will be receptive and responsive to the needs of the employees in both schools and departments of the district.

Confidentiality – We will respect your privacy and the privacy of your personal information.  In those situations where we are legally bound to divulge your personal information, we will limit the release of your data to that which is covered by the rules of compliance.

Honesty/ Integrity- We are truthful in all we say and all we do.  And we are consistent in our application of policies and procedures for individual employees.

Accountability- You can be confident that we apply district policies and procedures consistently, fairly and accurately across all employees.

Accuracy/ Timeliness- Our goal is to accurately and timely pay our employees.  If a mistake occurs, regardless of the source of the problem, we will pay the employee within a reasonable time period under the circumstances of the situation and according to district policy.
