Hourly Custodial and Food Service employees are paid Semi-monthly on the 15th and last day of the month. Monthly employees are paid on the last day of the month. When payday falls on a weekend or holiday, paychecks are issued on the last business day.

Monthly paid employees paychecks on the last day of each month is for your salary earned for the current calendar month. If you are eligible for overtime the pay adjustment are paid one month in arrears. In other words on January 31st you are paid for your January salary and overtime adjustments from December 14th through January 14th if you are eligible for the pay adjustment.

Appointments are for a specific payment year based on your bargaining unit and work year. Any appointments that are effective after their payment year are adjusted accordingly.
